Jonelle is an international coach, trainer and change facilitator. She runs a boutique consultancy in change and leadership in London (Leadership Lab), and a NPO that spreads transformational dialogue in South Africa (NNI Ignite).
In Europe, Jonelle consults and coaches in private and corporate settings, and facilitates organizational change processes. As faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute she also leads professional coach training programmes in the UK and across Europe. In South Africa, her dominant focus is igniting transformative dialogue and active citizenry through deep dialogue facilitation by training citizens to become deep dialogue facilitators, and hosting public dialogues on all things related to inequality including race, ethnicity, gender, power and economics.
Jonelle holds an academic masters degree in psychology and was actively involved in the development of standards and competencies of coaching and mentoring in South Africa (2006-2010) serving on both the Research Committee (2006-2010) as well as the Standards of Competence committee (2006-2010) of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
Jonelle has presented at the 7th Annual Mentoring and Coaching Conference of South Africa (2008), the Global Coaching Convention 2011, the ICF (International Coach Federation) Advance Conference (Washington DC, 2013), and ACTO (Association for Coach Training Organisations) conference in Florida, 2014. She has authored a case study for the book The Diversity Mentoring Casebook (Clutterbuck & Poulsen, 2012). She is currently undertaking a M.Sc. in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
